Canadian customers should be aware that the new Lightspeed Analytics features have limitations. The MAP feature doesn’t fully function in Canada, as postal codes cannot be mapped. Lightspeed may encourage you to sign up with various promises, but you’ll only discover after signing up that the MAP feature works exclusively in the US.
Switching to Lightspeed from our outdated POS system has been a great decision. It has made menu changes much simpler, allowed us to sync across delivery platforms, and enabled online ordering for our customers. Lightspeed provides a comprehensive solution for all our restaurant needs.
