I’ve been a Lightspeed customer for over a decade, but two months ago, my monthly bill suddenly doubled, and I was charged two weeks earlier than usual. Despite numerous phone calls and emails over the past two months, I still haven’t received an explanation. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
I’m very pleased with Lightspeed. It’s user-friendly for our staff when processing purchases and generating reports. We’ve been using it for over five years, and they consistently make improvements.
