Our experience setting up and running our POS has been excellent. We’ve encountered minimal issues, and the support—both on-site and remote—has been great. The POS is straightforward, easy to use, and intuitive, while still offering plenty of robust options on the backend to accommodate our unique business needs.
I wish the company offered more flexible terms or at least allowed for some negotiation, especially regarding the data terms. However, I’ve been quite pleased with the onboarding support so far and am excited to learn how to use and make the most of this robust platform for my business.
Avoid this service! They make it nearly impossible to cancel, with contracts automatically renewing every January 1st for another 12 months. Even if you want to cancel, you’re still obligated to pay each month until the contract ends. It’s outrageous!
